We had a hit and run situation and with one phone call (less than 10min) Merlo Insurance had the ball rolling for us. We've been with them for house and car for 10 years and have nothing but great things to say about them! They even called last year to let us know that we could switch companies, pay a considerable amount less and have better coverage. They are amazing to work with! Plus, anytime we call, we speak to a real person, who lives locally and is always so professional but very caring. 10 stars!

Merlo Agency is the best place to buy your insurance. They make you feel like they really care about you. I feel like I am not just another customer. They are friendly and professional. All I have to do is call and within minutes they take care of my policy changes which is quite often. Sorry! Lol. I have been with them for over 20 years. They call periodically to check on my needs to see if I need anything. They also make sure I am getting the BEST PRICE AND BEST COVERAGE. I was in an accident and they were so super and quick to get me a rental car and took care of everything in quick and professional manner. When purchasing my car insurance they made sure I had all the COVERAGE I needed at a fair price. I love them and will never change agencies. Give them a call. You won't be sorry.
