Awesome Company! Within 2 hours of hitting a deer and screwing my front end up and both driver side doors I was dropping my car off at Kings Collision and picking up my rental car from Enterprise. I called the claims department told them what happened and they set up my rental and gave me choices for the repair place. They recommended Kings Collision so I went with them. The phone call took about 15 minutes and boom done. They truly made this horrible experience much better by making everything so easy. My husband & I will always be a Erie customer!!

After my recent auto accident, Rob Merlo helped me initiate my claim with Erie Insurance. Within hours, I had a rental car and my car was at a body shop. He was very prompt in dealing with any subsequent concerns. Jackie was also very helpful in following up on my claim and dealing with insuring my replacement vehicle. Merlo Insurance did a wonderful job insuring me and helping me through a very stressful experience.
